Will you have to drill my lock?
Usually not. Most doors can be opened without damage by a trained locksmith. If a lock genuinely has to be drilled, we tell you why and what it costs before we start — and you decide.
What if you call after 11pm?
We're answered 7am to 11pm every day. Leave a message or WhatsApp us after hours and we'll call you back first thing — we'd rather be honest about our hours than pretend to be 24/7.
My uPVC door won't lock. Do I need a new door?
